"Yes, you can go all out in Footwork." A 5-track battle-oriented instrumental Footwork EP by a Japanese producer satoruohno. Aimed to further expand the boundaries of the genre Footwork, originating from Chicago IL in United States, through the sampling of my own playing of various instruments. The artwork is supposed to represent the colorful nature of this EP as a whole.

The word kaikatsu means "comfortable living" in Japanese, and the names of the tunes mainly derives from my favorite part of the experience of going to the spa/Onsen (hot spring). Also, I wanted to aim for a relaxing feel rather than the usual aggressive/bass-driven style this time, so I've decided to take a picture in my house to represent my daily life, and make it into an artwork.

This EP is about dealing with hardships, exhaustion from dealing with them, and coping with the whole process. I tried to convey my feelings towards this topic through all the sharp, stingy, metallic sounds which I've designed myself, and saturated soundscapes throughout the collection.
