the perfect meの新曲"Thus spoke gentle machine"先行配信スタート＆MV公開

福岡が生んだ若きサウンドクリエイター西村匠のソロユニットthe perfect meが8月リリースのニューアルバム『Thus spoke gentle machine』からタイトルチューン"Thus spoke gentle machine"の先行配信を8日に開始、同曲のMVを公開した。

MVの制作を手がけたのは人気のクリエーターFranz K Endo氏が担当。

西村本人が彼の作品のファンとういうこともあり、オファーしたところ、楽曲に共感したFranz氏が制作を快諾。楽曲、MVに関してFranz氏から以下のコメントが届いている。(三)

「楽曲の印象は、ありがちな既存の型や風潮にハマってないのに聴きやすくて面白い形に仕上がってて独創的だなと思いました。
鍵盤の散らばり方とかベースラインが気持ちかったです笑。
映像に関しては、曲の歌詞や雰囲気に添わせつつ各々の解釈に委ねられるように頑張りました。
気に入ってもらえたら嬉しいなと思ってます」
