I believe that if we could carry that childlike wonder into the future, the world might be a more peaceful place. I played this piano piece at Cafe Alikwa, accompanied by a quiet cat - with that feeling in my heart.

ポカポカ陽気の午後、白猫と黒猫はまったりとした時間を過ごしていました。 まだ眠そうな白猫に、いたずら好きの黒猫がそっとちょっかいを出します。 ハッとした白猫は、目をまん丸にしてあくびを飲みこみました。 「せっかく毛づくろいしてたのに！なんでこの黒いヤツは、いつも邪魔ばっかりするんだ！？……とっちめてやる！」 こうして追いかけっこが始まります。 くるくる回って、すってんころりん。 ピョンと机を飛び越えて、 カーテンに爪をかけて、バタバタのぼって……！ 黒猫がびっくりして「クシャン！」 喧嘩はほどほどに。 また毛づくろい、毛づくろい。 --- On a warm, lazy afternoon, the white cat and the black cat were dozing peacefully. Still half-asleep, the white cat stretched out — just as the mischievous black cat poked her for fun. Startled, the white cat’s eyes popped wide open, and her yawn got stuck in her throat. "I was in the middle of grooming! Why does this black rascal always interrupt me? That’s it — time for payback!" And so, the chase began. They twirled in circles, slipped and tumbled, leapt over tables with a bound, climbed up curtains in a flurry of paws— Until, with a big surprise—“Achoo!” went the black cat. A little quarrel, a little sneeze. And then... back to grooming, grooming.
