長い下積み時代を経て、1982年にイギリスのレーベルからリリースされた、全世界のロック・キッズの味方、トゥイステッド・シスターのデビュー・アルバム『UNDER THE BLADE』。 地元NYでの活動を軸に狙っていたデビューのチャンスは、ロンドンからやって来た。 イギリスでのみ発売されていたデビュー盤をリミックス、「アイル・ネヴァー・グロウ・アップ」を新たに9曲目に追加してワールド・ワイドリリースされたのが本作。 （1985年作品／オリジナル盤は1982年発売）
